Quality Management Information

An owner-managed building business appointed us to help stabilise their banking relationship.

We provided quarterly management information and focused management on improving margins and cost control. We installed a computerised accounting system and trained the existing bookkeeper to prepare monthly accounts.  To help interpret the information, we meet quarterly with our client. 

We also assisted with the successful re-organisation of borrowings. We meet quarterly to help interpret the information.

Our client now has a much improved banking relationship, and a more profitable business.
