Springfords staff have been busy dressing up to support various charity events over the past few months - in October we dressed in Pink to support Wear It Pink day, dressed down in our jeans for Jeans for Genes Day and for Children In Need dressed in spots. In addition, in keeping with the "spots" theme we had a "Spot the Difference" competition and everyone brought in a school photo for a quiz to spot who the staff member or partner was (recognise our Tax Adviser Kerrie Jones pictured right?). We raised over £200 for our efforts.
Marius Briedenhann from our Business Group also grew a moustache to support the Movember initiative during November to raise awareness and funds for men's health issues. Well done Marius on raising over £400 in sponsorship.
In addition, still on the subject of charity, Springfords would like to applaud the generosity of our client, A F Noble based in Penicuik, who recently donated a new Forester XC Diesel vehicle to the paediatric intensive care unit at Yorkhill Childrens Hospital to replace one that had been stolen and destroyed. A similar vehicle was also donated by A F Noble to Edinburgh's Royal Hospital for Sick Children. These vehicles will help the hospitals to respond quickly to calls for help across Scotland and will undoubtedly save lives.
