Just about to go live is our new and improved client portal system. This is a secure messaging and document exchange system that eliminates email issues of security and file size limitations. It allows for easy and secure exchange of documents in both directions, and is available to all of our clients who would like to use it.
Security – For complete peace of mind our Portal uses the highest available, military grade, 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard. On top of this, we apply the same security protocols as internet banks, to give the visible reassurance of an “https” website address and familiar closed padlock icon.
Efficiency – Allows clients to access key documents 24/7, eliminating postal delays and charges.
Electronic approval – Any document published to the Portal can be flagged as requiring client approval, backed with a full audit trail. Handles multiple approvers.
Personalised login – For ease of administration, our Portal uses emails, activation codes and an activation link to automate the process of setting up new users, including a fully automated “forgotten password” facility.
We will be contacting those of our clients who currently use our old portal system (“docSAFE”) over the next few months, to transition to the new Portal.
