It’s that time of year when we all make personal New Year resolutions ... however how about making one for your business as well – a resolution to find a way to grow sales and become more profitable.
So how can you do this?
Well, if you've thought about seeking some help to get you on the business growth track before, then you may have already found out that there is a lot of public funded support for new start and high growth businesses, but not much available for businesses in between - businesses just like yours. Or you may have established from your research that personal business coaching can be very expensive.
So that’s why we've developed the Springboard to Growth programme of workshops which are specifically designed for business owners who feel the need to both re-energise and improve their business, their senior staff ... as well as themselves ...but want to keep the costs manageable.
Our programme is delivered by McIntyre Associates in 6 fortnightly morning group sessions with a maximum of ten delegates attending. McIntyre Associates have extensive experience in working with business owners, helping them to develop easy to follow growth plans that increase efficiency and drive growth and profitability.
Our clients who have already been on the programme have really felt the benefit of the skills they've learned, so we thought that you might wish to know about the next programme which is starting soon, in March 2015.
As you would expect, there is a cost to attend the programme. However, at £999 plus VAT per person, we've pitched this at a level which we believe offers great value. The added plus is that all of our previous clients have been eligible for a 50% grant towards the training by accessing grant funding through Skills Development Scotland – so the actual cost to them has been only £499.50 plus VAT. If you're interested, then we can assist you in preparing the grant application.
We're organising a taster session on the morning of Thursday 26th February so you can find out more - if you would like to attend the taster then please let Anne Turner know by phoning her on 0131 440 5000 or emailing her at email@example.com by Friday 13th February.
