The Golden Girls

Hard to believe, but between them these lovely ladies have clocked up an amazing 100 years plus of service with Springfords. All four joined Springfords when it was Springford Wilkie Murdoch and based on Bonnyrigg High Street. Linda Johnstone, our Payroll Manager, is the longest serving member of staff, having joined on 1 August 1991. New Year - New Challenge for Jennifer

We have often featured Jennifer Smith in our Newsletter – she is hooked on doing feats of endurance - but this year she is attempting one of her biggest challenges yet. Jennifer started long distance walking in 2011 when she agreed to join a Springfords team to complete the Caledonian Challenge – walking 54 miles in 24 hours along the West Highland Way and that was her hooked. New Year - New Post for Emma

Emma Logan, currently part of our Business Group, will shortly be moving into our Audit Group. Emma joined Springfords in 2014 to assist with bookkeeping and VAT Returns and quickly became an integral part of the team. Fundraising Fun

Well that’s another year over for Springfords Employee Charity Committee and it’s been another busy fun filled year. Continued Success for Olivia

Sophie Brings Home the Medals

Commendation for Jane

Jane Carmichael, our Office Manager, was delighted to receive a commendation for services to local sport from Midlothian Council at a ceremony on Friday 27 October.  The award was presented by Adam Montgomery, Provost of Midlothian, and Alison Walker, freelance sports journalist and TV presenter.
