Sale of Business

We advised an existing client of the firm on a potential disposal of his business and discretely sourced indicative offers from a small number of parties, using our database of contacts, to avoid advertising the sale in the wider market.

We prepared a sales information memorandum for distribution to potential acquirers and our client decided to proceed with one of the interested parties. We then co-ordinated the due diligence process, advised our client on various aspects of the deal, including price negotiations, and managed the transaction through to a successful conclusion.
